I did some rough calcs for just how much force it would have taken to destroy Gokentou the way Akuma did...
It takes high end double digit megatonnes to low triple digit megatonnes worth of force per square inch at the very least to sink an island.
Double to triple digit megatonnes PSI is equivelant to a large city to a state getting destroyed by a nuclear explosion Basically, picture Texas being nothing but a crater, and you have your answer when it hits triple digits.
Remember, Akuma sank the island, not by just cracking the bedrock to rubble, but it caused earthquakes and volcanic activity. thats a penetration factor that lead me to conclude tripe digit megatonnes PSI easily.
Cutting Uluru however is a little different, because it's a cutting attack...
It would be considerably less than the island sinker though, if you look carefully, the rock was carefully calved straight in half without damaging the surrounding countryside. meaning it's damage capability might simply be more focused on a more precise area.
I'd guestimate roughly low to mid double digit megatonnes? Like bitween 20 and 50.
It's very difficult to guage a cutting attack in comparison to a solid blunt impact.
