Hell no. If you were the judge then you, bran, and smurph would decide the outcome regardless of who actually won the debate.

ZH Parallax i basically view as DC's answer to Pre-Retcon Beyonder. I mean, the guy was completely out of control, killed the Guardians, all the Green Lanterns except a select few, and then was not only getting the better of all of DC's Characters including the Spectre, but after he got tired of them, he literally destroyed the multiverse at the blink of an eye, and then recreated it. It doesnt get any more uber than that.
