Sephiroth has the best hair. According to the Sephiroth fan club in Crisis Core, the ShinRa corporation gives Sephiroth the finest shampoo and conditioner on Gaia, and he uses the whole bottle everytime he washes his hair.

Stalin is NOT Russian he's from Georgia

Feng Wei is based on Bolo Yeung and has the same muscular build of him.

Mind your tongue. I'm neither Russian nor Georgian but I'm Russian-speaking and from exUSSR country (Belarus) which is considered by most foreigners as one of the regions of Russia (for example, due to the fact that we have Russian language as one of two our official languages).

And Stalin (Josef Jugashvili) was really born in Georgia, though it's unknown whether he's native Georgian or Osetian (North Osetia is the region of Russia bordering Georgia).
