Seriously, there is a body of "physics" out there that would subscribe to that train of thought. It has something to do with quantum mechanics.
In a way, through science, some can explain things as absurd as my situation. It could be that our minds, in a very distantly connected way, can almost pick up each other's thoughts, feelings, and memories through our other "selves" in the Multiverse. IF this were true, it could be that obscure moments that seem like precognition are really just moments in which we have very strong thoughts that our other selves can pick up and vice versa.
Who knows, maybe in another Universe my sister impaled her neck with that butcher knife and died in front of my eyes. Seems traumatic enough that I could have such intense thoughts that it would "touch" my other minds.
Now take that a step further. What if in millions of those same Universe's had a "self" that experience something traumatic from that situation? Would not the trauma from all of those minds, IF we were even slightly connected through weird quantum mechanics, "resonate" enough that my other "selves" could "hear" those same thoughts?
I had a dream when I was a kid. I remember sitting on a bench in a sub shop with my mother, waiting on our order. Then, a few days later, it happened! Of course, I was a kid and I had a lot of vivid dreams back then. Not to mention the fact that I had sat on that bench in that sub shop with my mother a thousand times before. But it happened.
Okay, here I go. I plans to see my girlfriend after work at her place. She lived in Romulus, which is where the Detroit Airport is. I would have to leave Detroit, where I worked. Yeah, Strohs Brewery...lol..And drive 2 major roads and one express way to her house. When I was getting in my car to leave for her house, I got this sorta thought or voice that told me not to go, but to go home instead. I didn't want to go home because we had planned it the week before and I was looking forward to it. But the voice wouldn't stop. It kept repeating the same thing over and over again which was. "Deb go home, don't go, go another time." I started to argue about it in my head..lol.iT Kept getting louder and more persistent. ..Finally I yelled out loud ALL RIGHT..I'LL GO HOME!" I was kinda pissed about it. Once I got home, the phone rang. It was her. She told me how glad she was that I didn't come because an Airliner had crashed and there were no survivors left except one baby. The 2 main roads and one express way I would of traveled was covered in debris from the crash.
I just thought...WOW! But I've had less traumatic yet important experiences after that. Times I wished I would of listened instead of ignored it.

She didn't speak to her friend until AFTER she got home...after the incident. Are you trying to say that friend called before she got into her car and she just forgot?

I know it wasn't really serious but I thought that possibly you were actually onto something legit because you know that Debbie is forgetful and I don't. (Whew, my verb parallelism was wack in that sentence.) I am not saying that I think you are forgetful, debs, I am saying that it was possible that he possibly knew something about you that I didn't and he was teasing you about.
