Superman vs Synch

Can this mutant actually take the man of steel?

If not how could Superman beat him? Considering he'd have all of his powers and none of his weaknesses.

This is of course assuming the fight starts off with Synch already fully in synch with Clark.

Supes could speedblitz Synch before he could synch with him.
