Buu never destroyed a galaxy, not even in the full flashback you receive later in the series, According to your logic, the Andoids started off as shapeless grey blobs because you see it during Murai Trunks's description of them.... Great logic Phenom.

It was all from Supreme Kai's description, The Z Fighters never actually saw that, and the Supreme Kai never actually said he destroyed a galaxy during his narration, way to jump to a conclusion..... and landing face first on the bumper of an oncoming bus doing 150kmph.
