Shanks is a swordsman, he attack the strongest Man in the world with a sword, he always has his sowrd, he fought with Mihawk many times, you must be a Great swordsman to fight with Mihawk many times.
Post a scan proving that Shanks is not a swordsman, I can post a montain of Canon that he is.
Until Shanks Picks up a gun & starts shooting every one, the guy is a swordsman.
