what id like to know is how u realize it. i find it hard to believe that someone with say regeneration wouldnt notice it. hey look i broke my arm, now its completely fine i wonder how that happened?

We don't know how or why, Chickenlover. It just happens that way, it's up to the writers. The Eclipse has something to do with it, of course.
Takezo Kensei clearly didn't know he had regeneration until he was killed by arrows, then revived when they were removed.
