When he had the power to hurt Galactus it was main because he had been chosen as the new protector of the universe instead of Quasur also he used up all his power to just get Galactus back to normal levels but never mind.

Gravity (that version) kick the crap out of sentry.

it's so sad galactus get's no respect nowadays.

Sadly to little, but its also possibly that Galactus was hurt because he hadn't feed since the Annihilation Wave incident (apart from the remainings of Stardusts race) and was extremely low on power.

Galactus doesn't just eat planets, he can eat suns, other powerful beings and sources of energy, and even entire dimensions

For example.

There have also been a couple times he's searched out supposedly 'limitless' energy reserves, so that he'd no longer have to consume planets.

If galactus eat's sentry he should be full for a good long time.

Not enough to momentially stalemate Galactus 😐

We don't know how strong Galactus was when Sentry stalemated him nor in what conditions this happened . Just because Spiderman said Sentry stalemated him doesn't actually allow us to draw the conclusion that Sentry is at Galactus's level .

On the other side , we've seen Gravity actually hurt Galactus :
