I'm really not seeing where you people are getting these viewpoints from..
These wierd happenings are done on purpose in various keyframes of animation...for example
when ken gets hit with the super fireball, one would expect that to hurt pretty badly.. so his eyes pop out
the same with ryu's lips after getting punched directly in the chest by ken.. I'm sure that knocks the wind out of someone enough
in the frames after recieving the hit, ken and ryus face goes back to normal
I'm enjoying these lil extras, as they add drama, comedy, and take the robotic behaviour out of the characters

Arcade version confirmed.(and new character)
January 9, 2008 - Street Fighter mania first started in the arcades, and it looks like it will make its revival there too. The latest issue of Famitsu confirms that Street Fighter IV will be released to arcades in Japan some time this year. While SFIV was announced a few months back, there has been speculation on what platforms Capcom was targeting for the game. Due to the game's impressive 3D visuals, a PS3 or Xbox 360 release seemed likely, but Capcom wouldn't issue official word. The confirmation in Famitsu does nothing to address the issue of a home version, but at least we can now form a visual image of what a SFIV play session will be like.
As part of a four page feature on the game, the magazine also scored first details on a third character. Joining Ryu and Ken is a new comer, the red-haired, black-suited Crimson Viper. Details on fighting style and background story are being kept under wraps for now. The magazine did reveal that her fighting style is completely new to the series.
While the latest character is a new one, SFII fanatics can look forward to more old favorites to join Ken and Ryu. In an interview with the magazine, producer Yoshinori Ono confirmed that the game's final roster will include many characters from the Street Fighter II era. This makes sense when considering that the game's story takes place between SFII and SFIII.
Famitsu's editors were given a chance to sample the game. They describe the controls as resembling Super Street Fighter II X. Ono revealed that his team's goal with the fighting engine is to make something that appeals both to the hardcore gamer crowd and to the people who played SFII back in the days.
We'll take anything, as long as it has Chun Li and Guile. And Dhalsim. And E.Honda. Oh, and don't forget Zangief. And Sagat. And M. Bison or Balrog depending on which version you're playing.

New character.
I'm guessing this game will play like Alpha 2.
