Goku and Vegeta tried that against him in the movie, and he still regenerated 😎 (into 1000 Meta Coolers no less).

Face it. SSJ3 Goku would eventually get overwhelmed against an army of Meta Coolers, especially considering that Goku never could stay at SSJ3 for long without getting fatigued.
