John easy, he could create a clamp over his moth, it takes a hit of supermans strength to brake something like that so it'd be difficult for black bolt to manage it, so with the clamp over his mouth GL could pretty much beat him al he wants from there

Well John Stewart has stopped Silver Banshee's scream before so I'm sure he could do the same against Black Bolt. (He did it by using his power ring to create a circular object to complete cover and gag her mouth.
