You can't just claim that fact on an artist rendering. Anyways, the artists rendering doesn't even hint at that...it's obvious in the first panel, while someone is speaking, she is about to set off a photon blast.
Magneto had ample time to erect a shield. I think you've finally lost it for coming up with that conclusion of yours 😬

All the while she's building up the blast, no shield is shown around Magneto. Then as she blasts him, his shield comes up which wasn't there before.
Your assumptions (and they are just that... assumptions) fail.

She might be the best fighter out of the top tiers, but Batman has taken her down before... a couple times. She usually has to cheat to break out of his holds.
