i duno bout this, give Cenarius some roots and stuffs around him and hell prob be able to overcome Grom hellscream with difficulty, BUT i think he could win this regardless of PIS

Actually, nothing in canon says that it's not a 7/10 battle with Chaos Grom VS Cenarius ((To Cenarius benefit, of course)).. Grom won.. So, yeah.. that's one of his 3/10.. That doesn't mean he'll defeat Cenarius 10/10 just because he got him downed once..

i think it is lots of chaos Orcs with him, its just Hellscream who does the killing blow.

Most of his Orcs were dead,and Cenarius had Night Elves with him as well.
