I couldn't understand your 1st statement, the 2nd one is yes, if racism was genetic, which it's not, it would mean that possibly said person would turn out racist if he/she inherited this non-existent racist gene.
But besides that I am here to apologize about something. A misunderstanding of what I've come to misunderstand with a certain word.
I never meant to say inherent. What i actually meant to say was inherited. I confused the two words irresponsibly. But don't they kinda mean the same thing. Both words essentially mean "to pass down" it's just the word inherent means to genetically do it and inheritence it means to do it ungenetically, if that's even a word, meaning as an idea, from one generation to the other. What i meant was the definition dictionary.com states as:
"1. to take or receive (property, a right, a title, etc.) by succession or will, as an heir: to inherit the family business.
2. to receive as if by succession from predecessors
