So, as much as I think this will not come as a surprise:

The ethnic conflict in Bosnia and Kosovo was religious, not racial.

The origins have much more to do with demographics, which is somewhat comparable to racial relations in America, but not enough for there to be a valid or useful comparison.

yes, the ends are the same and the means irrelevant

however, when studying the motivations behind violence, you cannot ignore that the conflict in Kosovo and Bosnia was motivated ethnic and religious demographics. These are not problems faced in any significant way in north america.

however, there are many places in Europe where this is a potential problem.

Yes. We do know the on going issues b/t Kosovo and Bosnia; I am suggesting if we don't stop this race baiting crap every week, month and year, we are going to create the same polar aggression that can be an equiv. to a civil war in the USA. It's too much. I can't see how others can't feel it or aren't experincing it, ALL THE TIME, ALL THE TIME, IT'S CRAZY and I can feel it.
