that Galactus or anyone can nullify a Universe,
and leave out specific beings in said Universe from being nullified as well.

Reed got remade in that nullfication,
this is why he had the UN and used it, next panel,
he never had the UN.

Um, what about when Galactus did it during the Black Celestial saga.

?Him not having the UN could go either way. We know he targeted the multiverse, I don't see why he wouldn't target himself as part of the nullification rather then keep the UN. I don't see how him remaking the multiverse would mean he can't remake himself with the UN in hand. Guy remakes the everything but can't do so as to leave it in his possesion? As you've posted scans before, an UN wielder can nullify unspace to bring about a universe again. If that's the case I don't see why it would be difficult for a knowledged wielder to nullify a universe without himself being affected as the UN works in both space and unspace.
The UN works in space and unspace. Galactus or Maelstrom nullifies the universe but leaves them remade in unspace. Assuming MJJ survives the UN, it leaves him powerless against Galactus and Maelstrom in unspace where either would strangle him to death.

but the bottomline is, Nullifier was activated, and the Multiverse was remade,
and everything in it was remade too, including Reed.

Until I see it happen, I'm sticking with what we know.
No one has nullified a Universe,
and remained unaffected by the universal nullification.

First off, it didn't happen.
Secondly it wasn;t "Un-Space"
because Eternity's consciousness was still lingering around.
In Un-Space, there is absolutely Nothing:
"Un-Space ... where there is Nothing ... Nothing at all"
Thirdly, even if it would've worked,
there's no proof that Strange/Surfer/Jean would've been unaffected by the nullification.
Like I said, all I need is evidence, and I'll concede.

Korvac also separated his consciousness from his body to avoid getting erased.
That wasn't even an Omni-Blast.
That was a Uni-blast Galactus shot himself,
that searched for Korvac like Darkseid's Omega Beams.
So this really has nothing to do with nullfiying an entire Reality and escaping,
while standing within said Reality.
Korvac got erased when he used the UN to erase a Universe.
