But it was unintended. I just wanted to use it to point out the simplicity of ours, because I was slightly worried at the "wtf? They all did the same thing?!" mentality of a few people who viewed the writeups. For what its worth, I think your plan is quite good as well, and anyone who used the SDF this week is obviously making use of the battlefield to its full potential.

Meh. I'll probably provide a similar summary of our strategy in our next post anyways, so I'll probably mention any corrections I see fit then....

Still, good strategy. Fight one battle, sabotage the obvious winners of another. Paving the easy road to the semis....

We may have (again, unintentionally) done the same to Blair/DC with our duplication analysis. I thought the votes for their match would be in by the time our writeup was posted. Those were legit complaints, but I didn't want it to seem like we were trying to undermine their round 1 match....

...that was just a nice bonus.

Apparently it's some health issue though, so we can't be too harsh.

At this point, if he doesn't show for anything, rather than rearrange the schedule again, I say we keep the current one and simply give everyone a win against his team (or simply erase a win from everyone's total). No one will gain an advantage from it, so it will remain fair.

But he might show up at some point.

Take a win from the people who have faced him (Blair and Akuki).

Then just add a win to the total count of people who WILL face him.

Seems like the only fair way... 🙂
