Team Akuki won, I'm just waiting on the third judge to determine what he judge points/tiebreaker count will be for them.

If the others don't have their vote by tonite, I'll submit mine.

You'd might as well go ahead and vote. Soljer's been MIA (no pun intended), and Validus and Skeets have been uncharacteristically unreliable (though likely due to schedule issues this time of year).

Pretty dirty. And I can do nothing about it till friday when I'm def off. Oh well. It's not like anyone expects me to win against your team anyway. So I wont sweat it. Post away. I'll give a few here and there when time permits.

Well, you can always get your revenge on them in the semis by using Ivo's lab and the Enterprise back to back as prep areas (assuming you make it to the semifinals).

Goodness. Hadn't thought about either as prep labs. Wonderful. Oh and I'm not done with them yet in this match. I'm off work starting tomorrow and I'll stay on all night and day if I have to. I'm not going to just let them get away with that silly lil plan. 😛

...which of course would leave no great prep areas for the finals. It's a double-edged sword, because some teams could blow their load getting to the finals but wouldn't have good prep areas left.

Pfah ... any team worthy of winning this wouldn't need to rely on prep areas to get the job done.

😎

so . . . you guys have no chance . . .? 😕

😄

They didn't have time to see judge reaction, I think, before their next writeup.

Yeah. It's actually a bit annoying that they pretty much used the exact same strategy again, while we try to think of unique strategies each time.

why would that bother you? it's their decision . . . 😕

IF it ain't broke, don't fix it. If they like the strat, let them keep it.

Actually, the prep areas reset each round:

1st Round.
2nd Round (Semi-Finals).
3rd Round (Finals).
