Wow this would be a great battle. Props for coming uyp with it.

Both have incredible strength and durability outside of their primary weapons w/ BRB probably having a slight advantage in both those categories. I would love to see Kilo make a hammer construct and both of them just go at it through powerful blasts and blows with them.

Im going to say BRB takes this by the slightest majority: 5.2/10

It's a tough fight. Given that they both like to brawl, this could go either way.

Obviously Wog has a versatility advantage with the ring. But Bill is no slouch himself.

Then there you have it. I wasn't too sure. Then I go with wog for the slight majority. 6/10. Becuz neither is so far out of reach of the other as far as strength and durability goes. I might give wog actually an extra boost on durability cuz he has shields on top of his natural invulnerability.
