Ryu (I'm taking you mean SF Ryu or do you mean Ryo?) would be the strongest out of himself, Kyo, and Terry. Ryu would be more then capable on taking out Mario or Crash but he'll have a much harder time with Sonic because of his speed.

Overall Hyper Sonic solos this. 😄 😄
