believe me coming out of a car crash is never a good thing..still beats permanent death...

I've been in a couple of bad accidents but wasn't driving for either. However recently I bumped into the back of some stupid fat bird who broke suddenly for no good reason and even more recently a bus clipped me when he tried to get round me going too fast. Luckily I had my insurance letter come through yesterday saying he's taking the full blame and hence I get it fixed for free.

The 1st bit of good news I've had a while.

I've been in two accidents, in both I wasn't driving and in both it wasn't my drivers fault.

The crazy thing about the second one is that both my mom and sister were wearing their seatbelts and got injured, yet I wasn't wearing one and I was fine.

maybe it is up to us to decide whether you are fine or not. That bump to your head....

No bump at all, I hardley even moved when we got rear-ended.

Yet my mom got severe whiplash and my sister tore ligaments in her leg.

I got $600 dollars from insurance just for the hell of it and they got a few thousand a piece.

what is this thread actually about??

you crashing in all those trees

Read the first post and you'd know.

Intresting car crash.... 194 cars, makes you wonder if Americans know the car comes with a break.

no they dont, just one pedal or it would get to complicated. 😄:

😂

They are actually working on single pedal cars, I believe. Improves break response time.

How's that?..You just don't break at all?

I think that's the system with either a break on the wheel or when you let go of the gas pedal. I heard about that, it's pretty clever.

I'd say it would be the one were you let off the gas and it brakes.

I think the pedal tilts for breaking and acceleration in one. It's meant to work ok; it;s going through trial runs now.

Like in Spaceballs, we brake for nobody
