I said a while back REX, pr1983 and Digi are the best mods. I can also say that Storm, Impediment, Badabing and Wrathful Dwarf are just as good. Queeq too.

I don't see her as a Mod. I think she is the worst as well. She planned to troll Blax's forum with other RPers in KMC and caused the entire forum to die. It is a very long story but, She is just as childish as the next annoying ten year old and a horrible mod.
