More intellectual GDF or OTF

It seems people can't decide

I take it 11 real people voted, 5 whirly socks and Strangelove who shouldn't due to his inability to set a cross correctly.

Well they woke up just long enough to put an x in a (OTF) ballot box and then fell asleep again after such an exertion.
