Well, they're the same to me.

I don't know why they have Hyper Combos and Supers when they're virtually identical.

My guess is that some games use "hyper combos" and other games use "super attacks". In fact, I can think of some more terms that were used for hyper combos.

Back to what I was saying, there are several terms for super attacks, but some games only use certain terms.

Not really. I was out of town over the weekend, so I was too busy to keep up with video game updates.

Has the storyline been confirmed?

Its a story book thing like Sonic & The Secret Rings. So Sonic is trying to stop the corrupt Black Knight (who is actually a crazed King Arthur). Shadow and Knuckles are playable also but are optional. Sonic and Shadow get normal swords while Knuckles get Duel Blades.

That sounds pretty good.

I just hope that this game won't be a disappointment like "Shadow the Hedgehog".

I liked Shadow the Hedgehog! Sure the shooting was bad...but it still had the cool co-op trick all the old Sonics had. And don't bring up the driving since that was only optional for the most part.

To be honest, I'm just going by the reviews.

I've never played the game before, and I have no plans of playing it since it has profanity in it.

Seriously, why did Sonic Team make a Sonic game with profanity in it?

He only says one curse...repeatedly...and they probably did it to try and make it more mature just for Shadow. I feel like giving you an official review for Shadow the Hedgehog now.
