Yes. Rumors are revolving around finally letting Connors turn into Lizard. But Lizard wont be captured in the movie, it will carry over into 5 where Kraven is introduced. Kraven is brought in to hunt down Lizard and bring him in dead or alive. That pits Spidey vs Kraven as Pete wants to save Connors.
We don't need him.

That story sounds somewhat interesting.
I guess that's why Spiderman 4 and 5 might be two parts of the same storyline.
