Well Yoda is available from the off set as an unlockable for the 360 version, i don't know if you can play as Vader but if you can it will be a download because at the start it was Yoda for 360 and Vader for PS3, if they plan on or have made Vader available for the 360 then the LIVE marketplace will be needed to download him.

Probably not...rather than try and do that I just try and complete the game like I do with everything else...if it unlocked something that interested me then I'd do it
