Wikipedia has a program, where older members "Adopt" Younger, inexperienced users, to help them to use Wikipedia correctly, I suggested we have a similar program, to help those who are new or need help, before they start to bash, Spam, Multi-post, and troll the forums, I believe NZ could profit of such a scheme.

I doubt that "adoption" program will work here.

It might, just think about the potential it could have, if utilized correctly, I have offered myself as a test scheme pilot.

I doubt anybody else would want to "adopt" a noob unless they get some kind of payment and/or benefit from it.

Well you keep complaining, on the SPAM; Multi-posting, you must be sick of all the bashing by now, think about it, if everyone stopped the SPAM and the Multiposting, the Mods would have less hassle, and you would not need to get annoyed and frustrated with users like NZ, you could talk about the subject and enjoy yourselves without constantly having somethin block your path, and have to tell someone about it.

It's just that other people may not want to participate in this program.

I will, I would bet my membership with the forum, that I could show RAZ the program could be a success, with NZ as the adoptee.

What if you're the only person that is willing to "adopt" others?

Then we fall through, that is the whole point of planning, but to be fair what happens when the Mods have enough, and everyone starts bashing each other, and in the mist of chaos random users/Socks post spam constantly?

The worst that can happen is that the site would shut down.
