There wouldn't be a point in having a time limit for normal people having a discussion about something in a civil manner. But seeing as there would be about 3 people on all of KMC that actually fits that the profile of being able to discuss things in a civil manner, the rest of you ruin it for us.

I remember there was a sock in the OTF part of KMC coming on and posting images of anal sex between 2 guys and he made threads about gaying people up and gaying people down and he posted the same thing over and over with the same image of anal sex over and over 😖 So many people reported him
I'm not surprised something like that happened.

Well, you have to remember that some people like to post a few seconds/minutes after their previous posts. Some of them are the people who aren't a fan of the "copy and paste" method of quoting numerous people, some of them are spammers, some are too lazy to edit their posts, and some of them just want to increase their post count.
I think the 15 minute limit is okay, but I get slightly annoyed if I noticed a small error right after the limit expires.
