In America? Don't know but as the trailer showed March 7 in Japan.

I'm sure that the movie won't be released in America since the anime series is hardly known over here.

Japan keeps most of the good stuff for themselves.

I think it'd come to America as a DVD release since many Japanese anime movies come to America that go under the radar.

Well, those movies need more publicity if the companies want to have a larger fanbase.

I'm sure we received a bunch of awesome stuff from Japan over the past few years, but some of them don't get any attention and most Americans are oblivious to them.

Yeah, like poor Guyver. Not many people in my school even know about him eventhough I knew him since I was little.

I remember BruceSkywalker having a signature about him, but what's that anime about?

I'll tell you what I remember. Lets start with the title. Guyver, or Guyver: The Bioboosted Armor, is about a student in Japan who comes across a weird alien object. It attaches to him and becomes the semi-invincible Alien Armor known as Guyver . He goes around killing Zoanoids (Bad aliens). The only way to defeat Guyver is by taking out the eye in the center of his head, but the second it attaches to another living thing it'll absorb it to reform both Guyver and its wearer. Later on in the series it shows that Guyver is just a Guyver, specifically Guyver 1. I don't remember what happened to Guyver 2, and Gyuver 3, and if there was a Guyver 4 and 5, they just pop in and out cooly.

That sounds like an interesting anime, so I might watch it eventually.

It's a little bloody just so you know (going on the original version I don't know how the recent version is gore wise).

Anyway, how long is the series?

Sadly I don't know. I was REALLY little when I first watched it. I mean Sailor Moon, Ronin Warriors, and DBZ were still on the WB then. And I can't find the new one to watch.

Yeah, that must have been an old series.

I remember the glorius days of watching Sailor Moon and DBZ after coming home from school. *Flashback*

Memories...Oh yeah, Guyver did have 2 live action movies. The first was official and the second was Sci-Fi'd.

Well, which one was better?

The first was much better. The only slight problem was that it was American (literally) like everything was in the US. But it was still true to the anime in the other areas, even the resurrection "malfunction". The main bright spot in the second was Guyver 2. But you should probably see both just to compare.

Well, I might do that if I get some free time.
