Yeah, a Spiderman movie based on the Ultimate universe is very possible.

Well they could go with ultimate carnage/616 carnage...Carnage likes to kill but he also has to do it to live, ultimate carnage he absorbs people people so he can get energy and so he can live (I think I dunno ultimate carnage very well) so that way you will get the old carnage but he wouldn't be so 1 dimensional.
