Well I've played Ghost Rider, Legacy of Kain: Defiance, and Onimusha 3: Demon's Siege.

I've heard of those games, but I never played them before.

The main games I've been playing recently are "Puyo Pop Fever" and the free trial of "City of Heroes". "Puyo Pop Fever" is so much fun, and "City of Heroes" is pretty good.

Okay, well Ghost Rider is cool. It's similar to God of War but since it's Ghost Rider I don't completely hate it, plus you can play with Blade. Onimusha is always good and I think you need to play the previous Legacy of Kains to like this one.

That's good, I'm not surprised you like them.

I might look at some videos of that Ghost Rider game since I've never seen it in action before, but I've seen some videos of the other games.

Yeah, Puyo Pop Fever is awesome. I know puzzle games might be the most under-rated genre in gaming, but they're really fun when you know how to play them.

Okay then, if I had links still I'd show you something.

Puzzle games are cool, but the ones in Capcom games are too hard in my opinion.

Besides the puzzle games involving the Street Fighter characters, what other puzzle games does Capcom have?

Well I was implying the puzzle mini-games. Like the ones in Onimusha are too freaking difficult, especially when if you fail you die and have to start over. I won't even get started on Resident Evil...

Well, I've never played those before. Are those mini-games similar to tetris?

No, Onimusha has one of "rearrange the pieces to make a picture" thing. Resident Evil...find this, go here, put that there, and all while evading zombies. But Dino Crisis was worse trying to decipher codes to unlock doors. Honestly, most of the time you need to cheat to figure out what to do.

Oh, okay. Puzzles will always be in those kinds of games because the developers want you to use some brain cells while playing they're games. They don't want you to just spam attacks and jam the buttons on your controller.

I'm sure there are some developers who encourage that behaviour, though.

Yeah, I don't have a problem with puzzles. It's just when it gets so bad that you can't get past it without cheating. I really tried but there is no other way to do it. Oh and Onimusha just takes time; that's merciful. As for button mashing it all depends on the game for me.

I doubt the developers would purposely make a puzzle that's impossible to complete without cheating. Well, I hope they wouldn't do that...

The main games that encourage button-mashing are usually fighting games and hack-and-slash games.

Well the way they made those puzzles in Dino Crisis I'm surprised anybody beat the thing without help.

Yeah...but at least they give a little bit of variety.

It's usually repetitive, though. I admit that it improves your reflexes, but it gets pretty boring when you're doing the same thing constantly.

Anyway, were you ever able to check out "Nurse Witch Komugi"?

Yeah, but Dynasty Warriors Gundam 2 gives you a few different moves so it's cool.

Um...I can't really remember. What is it again?

It's a magical girl anime that's hilarious and it has a bunch of cameos from other Tatsunoko characters.

I'll post the opening of the anime since I love it.

YouTube video

I remember you showing me it but I never got a chance to look at it sadly.

Well, you should look at it since it's an extremely funny anime. I've only seen the English dub, but there's a chance that it might be funnier in the original version.

You should check out Azumanga Daioh, too. I'll post the opening to it since it's one of my favorites, and I'm sure you forgot about it.

YouTube video

I haven't forgotten that one. I did see a little of this one though.

Well, my favorite character in that anime is Ms. Yukari. Although she's a teacher, she's too funny.
