I would go with ESB or TROTJ.

Alot of people say ESB...mainly because it's the one where we find out Darth Vader is Lukes father which is...something big

Not really, it's not that big.

The last one has the greatest ending and the death of Vader and the Emperor, as well as Jaba the hut, and to some people Leia....

I like ESB more.
