No...it's not like I decide just to complain...I have to think about it first and wonder if it's wise to complain about someone who does a report about me and marks my assignment

They can't be biased or undermine your work, they can get sacked for that, they have to mark towards a criteria.

Look...it's just hard when making these kinda decisions for some people it's easy but for me it's not so I have to take my time to make a tough decision
