Believe it or not Neo Dark has not done a SIG, because he has been off for Christmas and has hardly touched his laptop until now, as I said before I would be making NO sigs until after christmas, which is now you will get your new sig very soon I promise you that, however your request will take quite a while it is quite complected for me to get a bright light effect.

I did the border with a rubber...and the text I cut out and copied...had to make the V myself though

well I had the whole thing as black...then did the border in a little so that it was clear
