First off, how do you act normally?

What...around a girl....I just act normal...don't talk at all, keep very quiet...I am even scared to say hi

Step 2) If they talk to you, be nice. Don't try to hit on them unnecessarily or say something to offend them. Try to find something you have in common and just talk about that
