I agree the carnage fight could have been way better. They could have at least let you play Carnage after you beat the game....🙁
I thought it was a great game. I played the PS2 version (I have the limited edition one!😄) Loved it but the NDS version fustrated me.

A bad Spidey game for me would be Friend or foe.
Loved the grafics
Loved the character interactions
loved the fighting
loved the venom based story
loved the coop finishing moves 👆
Hated Mysterio as the final boss
Hated the confusion on if it were a after the movie game or not.
Hated the one angle camera
Hated the game length (5 hours first play) 👇

I'll admit that the final battle against Venom was very difficult.

It's alright it gets a 7/10 just segments are frustrating and camera control can be hard, bosses are either a let down or far to hard (in the sense the boss has unfair advantages.)

After Pete's encounter with venom there's still some venom in his blood so whenever he and eddie get close the venom in pete trys to get with Eddies suit. all the while Trask is trying to capture eddie to get the suit back and sends sable after him. Eventuall Trask finds out Pete is spidey and captures him turning him into carnage... blahblahblah... Venom and pete fight pete wins venom runs of and kills Trask.

And of course carnage

To be fair Beetle, is one of the major villains of the game, appearing quite frequently until his demise at the hands of Venom.

Except he didn't have the green goblin or Rhino. A fight between venom and any of them would have been amazing.

Nope no plans for another one, but an adaptation and the Ultimates 3 does make the game cannon.
