I'll try my best. The first episode Peter Parker was already Spider-Man and just started his Junior Year of High-School with Gwen Stacey and Harry Osbourne (MJ was, and still remains to be shown). After having his work stolen by Norman Osbourne, the Vulture sought have his revenge. He is naturally beaten.

The second episode Peter needs money to solve Aunt Mays bill problem, so he accepts an internship under Dr. Connors (not knowing he wasn't going to get paid until Eddie Brock told him). Dr. Connors was working on Bio-electric energy, the electrician got in an accident getting electrocuted. He then became Electro. Peter tries to get a job at the Daily Bugle but fails, and a confused and angry Electro accident causes destruction prompting Spidey to attack him. After a few rounds later on, Electro is tossed into a pool and defeated.

I personnally like this one slightly better then 90's Spidey. Oh yeah, Vulture and Electro (especially Electro) looked much better then the old versions. Plus Electro was voice acted by Steven Blum so that was cool.

I don't like the sound of it, Eddie brock is a reporter in the comics and in this show not only is he not but he does not look right.

Cheers for that Shadow in your view did you like the voice acting?

Think of this like an Ultimate Ultimate Spider-man.

Yeah the voice acting was good. Theme song is cool too. Though this is also just my opinion.

Cool I watched a little 30 Second Promo for the first episode and Robert Englund aka Freddy Kruger sounded great as The Vulture.

That was Freedy Kruger?! 😐 I don't like Freedy Kruger 🙁 Oh well, he was still good. 🙂

Hahah he also voiced The Riddler on The Batman which he sounded great as too. And why don`t you like Freddy Kruger?

Then I really, really, really won't like it. 😐

I never liked how he looked. He always did (and still does) scare me.

Well, that's your opinion. Maybe one day you'll change your mind.
