You should read them I personally really like Ultimate Spider-Man and am open to the new interpretations of classic characters and plus its more Spidey so everyone wins plus the Amazing Spider-Man comics have really gone down hill so this is a nice alternative.

118 I think I have only read Ultimate Spider-Man 1-13, the Venom Arc, the Hobgoblin arc and the Ultimate Clone Saga which was great.
