If Mark Hamil was a lot younger I would cast him as the Hobgoblin he had the right voice and could pull of the role well imo.

he did the voice of him in the TAS, and lets be honest the Hobgoblin turned out to be an old guy in the end, perhaps one actor while in the costume and Mark as well his regular self.

I was thinking of a Plumber on the run from the mafia, who lands in a magic mushroom kingdom and starts killing it's inhabitants all the while leading to a castle where a horny lizard has kidnapped a princess, who secretly enjoys it and saves her by burning the lizard thing to death.
