Unfortunately, it's not.
You'll always be tempted to go to a party instead of studying for a test. I have to deal with that almost all the time because there's a party every week at my college. The only parties that I go are the ones with nonalcoholic beverages, and I only go to them after I finished all of my studying.
Peer pressure is everywhere. You might be pressure to go off-campus during the night (which is bad at my college), do drugs, drink alcohol, or any other things that you'll regret sooner or later.
There are plenty of other things that you should be aware of, but the examples that I've given you are the most important ones. 👆
Originally posted by Yoshi Paradise😑 Wow, that is a lot...But I've been able to avoid all of those things so far. The whole alcohol & drug thing I'd avoid because of my own personal reasons (besides living). Plus I'm not a big fan of parties, to loud for me. Thanks for the heads up. 😊 Glad your able to avoid such negative things.

Of course, but it isn't wise to stay up real late when you have an early class the next morning. The only time that I stay up late is when my first class is in the late afternoon. If I have an early class, then I'll make sure to get enough sleep. I can stay up as long as I want to right now since I never have class on weekends, unless I have to take a final exam.
Also, if you stay up late, you have to stay in your dorm at all times. At a certain time, the RAs (resident advisors) will make sure that the students are all in their rooms. For me and the rest of the students, we have to be in our dorms by 12:00 at night. It's for our own safety.
Don't worry, that wasn't a stupid question. 😉
