It's just a run-of-the-mill joint, as you said. 😂

We don't do anything special besides fixing car parts, changing the oil and gas, changing the tires, adding coats of paint to the vehicles, and other stuff.

Good then. It is always hot as hell in the summer. I think I have only seen one place that had A/C blowing for the Techs.

Winter is just as bad, you will be working on a car for like 45 minutes. Someone will have to drive a vehicle out and open the bay door... there goes all the heat.

Personally, I like Summer better than Winter. If it's get's too cold, you have to keep putting layers of clothes on. If it gets too hot, you'll have to wear less clothing.
