Misconception. You don't have to be killed to be defeated. He isn't invulnerable, just has powerful healing. Most DBZ characters can just throw his ass into orbit if they wanted, or blow up the planet. Also, Vegeta had evil in his heart. Alucard would be nothing if not for his healing.
