My comment was in response to u saying Nemesis could barely control the gems. The gems had her emotions screwed but she wasn't totally out of control to be able to exibit the kind of power she did.

On the flip side, what is MJJ going to do to the sum total of not 6 but 7 infinity gems?

PIS IMO. I guess a blade enchanted by Merlin was the best way for the heroes to get rid of her. The evil guys have to get beat somehow.
