Savage Dragon vs Spider-Man

Dragon is looking for some cheap hookers, and Spider-Man thinks he's being some sort of thug, and decides to attack him.

They fight in the mean streets of Vermont.

Who wins?

How would Dragon take Spidey if he could not hit him? If Spidey blitz him Dragon would fall. Spider Man is 2.5 times stronger than he was 2 years ago if I'm not mistaken.

Fast, agile, strong, healing factor probably slightly lower than Wolverine.

Seriously guys read up on him. This thread pains me.

He once took getting his hand blasted off then a hole blasted through him falling out of a huge building and landing on a spire. He was pretty much conscious if I remember. He then pulled himself up and took on two super powered freaks a while after and won quite handily.

Here is what the creator had to say about his strength level:

I generally think of Dragon as being Thing-level--perhaps a hair lower--say 55-65 tons.

As far as getting older/stronger goes--that only works up to a point. Invincible is getting to his prime--pro athlete age--Dragon is more like 40 to 45-years old at this point. Hell, he had wrinkles 15 years ago--he's no spring chicken.

Issue 6.

Here Freak Force and Dragon take on a WHOLE gang of super freaks. Including Cyberface, they get into trouble but Dragon never seems to be in that much trouble.

But no worries!! Mighty Man is here!!

Issue 7.

Overlord Vs Dragon!! What a fight, what a loss of hands, lol. Dragon gets angry and smashes until he takes teh blast!! lol

He falls out of the building and lands on a big spire.

Issue 8.

With one hand and after being impaled by a massive spike he takes on Cutthroat and hellraiser. Hot damn what a beating. Received on both ends. lol

What a feat this is. He falls out of a huge building, gets impaled on a big spike and drags himself off and crawls away. One tough SOB.

Issue 9.

Dragons rematch with Super-Patriot.

He has one hand and is trying to protect his many wenches......I mean ladies. lol

Later that issue his hand completly regenerates. On snap.

With his hand back he easily beats Cutthroat.

Next he takes on Jimbo da Mighty Lobster!! This guy was a fan creation and was created to take him on, so he had to be powerful.

Spidey couldn't survive impalement like Dragon just did in those scans. Physically, the Savage Dragon is superior, and its from that I give him the victory over Parker 7/10, but he will have to work for it though.

He has some great speed and agility and awesome reflexes.

Hey there i collected savage dragon from the start and have almost every comic even the crossover with the turtles, i know him well, those scans mean little here, unless the threadstarter makes stipulations that it is to the death, a k.o is a win here

I have a feeling if i went and found my comics of these issues, he did not fall on spike and the next second just get off it, are you sure he was not out till the morning( as the scan indicates) or even days? but it has been a while since i read them, it does not matter to me if it was instant though, it does not change my stance, spidey's webbing and danger sense will pull him thru, i did say it would be close though

It might have been a while. The point is he was alive and dragged himself back up.

Spidey ius not strong enough to knock him out.

Just ONE reason. Apart from webbing and spider sense. Which does what. Helps his reflexes and slows down Dragon. Either way Dragon can't be knocked out by him.

I have seen spidey use a steel girder with his webbing like a sling shot for one, same with a car or other objects, webbing in the throat eyes and all around entrapment (does the dragon need to breath?), with his spider sense he can anticipate dragons attack and use his strength against him, lets not forget he has stingers now, they inject poison and drain life

Now i have seen your post around the forums before and i am not like other posters who will play games with you, i am just giving you the benefit of being sincere, so i have given a couple of reasons, lets see what you bring next, i hope you dont go all attitude on me, it gets sad on these boards, but i dont mind some honest debating, its rare around here

Stingers? Not very up to date. He is now in the black suit. 🤨

How will he the chance to webbing in the throat? Dragon is strong enough to break them. He will be moving around to fast. Dragons speed is not to be underestimated.

Also Spidey wont be doing that. He wont be killing, out of his character so there goes your weapon.
