BT, Your essentially basing your entire argument off of wether or not MC can riddle Dante with enough twin wielded TMP rounds right?
Ok, Let me ask you this then, since Dante has effectively blasted rounds out of the air before with many of the weapons in his arsenal, has displayed bullet dodging reflexes that put MC to shame, has immense physical and dare i say it, magical enhancements to a good portion of his weapons (E&I are actually more Devilarms than regular pistols), has displayed far more durability than MC (That Savior punch tanking is FAR more impressive than anything Cheif has ever done), and has regen that is on par if not better than Wolverine or Hulk?
A couple of answers to your TMP bullet riddling theory, Dante has twin SMGs as well, he can effectively shoot down every round MC fires, and, failing that, he has more than ample bullet dodging (As evidencedby his battles with the Tanks and the Hind). And even if that fails, there is always Quicksilver or Royal Guard. Dante can block even rocket attacks and redirect the kinetic force back at his opponent in an energy attack with his bare hands.

I'm not sure if his regen is better than Hulk's (Dante did tank some kind of explosion in the manga), but it is better than Wolverine's.

Blasted small arms out of the air, Chiefs weapons are faster and fired by a better marksman. These magical/physical enhancements rarely come up at all and most of them have no gaugable feats so the advance devil magic gives him is limited if anything. Dante taking saviours fist means little as Dante has still been pierced by bullets and swords, obviously the piercing edge of these weapons cannot be countered by him. Regen is pointless if the Spartan laser disintegrates him and he has still never healed from major damage all over his body which is what MC will bring, a few sticky grenades would also mess him up.
Dante has never reacted to automatic weapons of MC's quality. He has shot down bullets fired by a young woman with little to no training in comparison to MC and no special assistence (MC has cortana). Royal guard has little to no real feats, Quicksilver is limited, I tihnk the longest he has ever held it going is about 10-20 seconds if that.

MC is not a tank, he wears armour that would by standards still be too strong for the feats (none) of Spiral. Spiral is also a larger, slower weapon than his pistols, Id like to see Dante run and dodge MC's fire while holding that thing, I would also like to see him shoot machine gun rounds out of the air with it, its rate of fire would not keep up with Dantes reflexes or chiefs bullets.
besides I would like to see a Tank survive re-entry of the Earths atmosphere without a scratch on its armour.
Well thats gameplay, I cant remember a Spartan having his armour destroyed by a Grunt in the first Halo which is the one I played. Surviving re-entry is an important feat.
Also according to the DMC wiki, Spiral is based on a world war 2 gun lol, so if its fire is not better than that which during the war was useless as soon as Tanks got better armour I cant see it being much of a problem for MC who has advanced and shielded armour.
Well unfortunaltey I do not have a photographic memory, I cant remember all the facts and details of objects in-game or the gameplay descriptions from those games I have played years ago. My version of DMC is 3 years old which is prob when I last played it. Also I didnt see you outline how Dante uses a modified gun from WW2.
