Relax... it has nothing to do with you (at least not for me), he simply has very witty and humorous remarks.I have to say though Nvr, your posts stating your hatred for Quanchi, and your opinion that anyone from SHC is void of intellectual thought or reason, is making KMC look very immature.
Your better than that... so stop it.
You'd think someone that was a CEO and had a 163 IQ (99.997th percentile, in other words 1 in 33,000) would be more busy with his time, rather than posting hatred threads against Quanchi on a comic book forum, e.g. figuring out whether P=NP, or attending your local Prometheus Society event, or perhaps setting up quantum computing mechanics.
On a positive note, welcome aboard KK, enjoy your stay. Don't mind the Surfer naysayers, it's pretty obvious to anybody who's read more than one or two Surfer comics that he can transmute any material into anything else, and that he's had a long career of doing so. To top it off he has been shown to be able to recreate any wavelength of energy, such as when he recreated Thanos' energy signature during Annihilation.
In addition he's been shown to figure things out in the nanoseconds, on-panel, so it's not going to require a long period of thought to figure out that Superman is weak to kryptonite. Someone of Silver Surfer's caliber can tell instantly the moment the see someone, what kind of energy signature that they give off, and thus exploit it.
That being said, the other side did have a valid point about Superman's resistance to Kryptonite having grown immensely over the last few decades, to the point where it barely slows him down anymore. As far as why the writers decided to get rid of this weakness, I can only assume that Superman's physiology has adapted itself to this weakness over time. Nowadays, if you stuck Superman in a room of solid Kryptonite, he most likely could easily bust his way out with little difficulty, whereas 50 years ago he would have simply died.
