I know that Cage's power has been upgraded since he originally gained powers, as his strength has gone from 3ton to 25ton. But when did this upgrade happen? Was it an ongoing mutation, like with the Thing, where his strength carried on increasing, after his initial transformation? Or did Luke undergo a second 1 off process that amped his power?

Cage vol.1 the early issue's somewhere in the area of 5-8 is where it occured it's been a while so I cant remember the full details but he underwent a process similar to the original one that give him his power while in prison.That increased his powers to where they are today.
