Fingers crossed I never get it, since I'm in my late teens and it's still dangerous.

I had the chicken pox well over twenty five+ years agos when I was a kid.

I share your pain, Lana weep Pneumonia is a terrible thing to have.

Though I was sick for about three weeks, mind you. Coughing up blood is disgusting enough...

I had pneumonia when I was 3 or 4. Other than being short of breath and really really disoriented, I felt fine. I wouldn't lie down to rest and my mother thought I was going to die because I kept getting worse. The doc was thinking about giving my mother some meds to knock me out so I wouldn't kill myself because I seriously did not want to rest. (I really didn't feel that bad.) I eventually went to sleep and got better in a few days. (The fluids drained from my lungs.)

Had it when I was 4 and got a couple of lovely scars to prove it.

Had them when I was young. It was torturous. I was glad when they came out with the chicken pox vaccine for children.
