I don't understand what is going on with these comics, why does he have to pick one, and what happens to the other?

If he chooses May then the guy who gives May a chance to live gets to be married to MJ and MJ and Pete will have no memory of each other...if he chooses MJ then May dies

If he picks Aunt May to live, MJ gets written off the record of his life, it will be like he never met her. If he picks MJ, Aunt May will die.

And this crap[y thing happened because Marvel ran out of ideas and desperately wanted people to get really interested in Spider-Man.

He will meet MJ again and they will remember some how, May lives and everyone is happy apart from the reader and Venom.

Or, MJ stays in his life and Aunt May lives. Thats the best way to end this crappy twist.
